Catholic School’s Week

Catholic School’s Week

CSW logoThe St. Margaret Mary Catholic School community wishes you a happy and joyful New Year. We begin this New Year with renewed excitement for learning. At the forefront during the month of January is the annual Science Fair to be held on January 15. All students in grades 6, 7, and 8 will proudly share and display their projects after working on them for many months, and students of all grades will visit the Science Fair. Winners will move forward to the next level, attending the Dr. Nelson Ying Science Expo in February.

At the end of January, St. Margaret Mary Catholic School will join schools from across the nation in the celebration of Catholic Schools Week. Plans are being finalized for this exciting week of special events which begins with the celebration of the 9:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, January 25th when the recipient of the Distinguished Graduate Award will be announced and honored. As a Catholic school community, we recognize the importance of teaching the whole child, and during Catholic Schools Week we celebrate the whole child. We thank God for the gift of our Catholic school, a place where students grow spiritually, morally, academically, physically, and artistically.
