Principals Message

Dear Friends,

During the month of May, we, as Catholics, honor our Blessed Mother. This is a special time for us to show our love for Mary, the mother of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Throughout the month of May, we will honor our Blessed Mother each morning at our Morning Prayer. We will pray the Hail Mary throughout May, and on Mondays, we will say a decade of the rosary. You are invited to call the school office with names of people you would like to be remembered in prayer on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. These names will be called aloud at Morning Prayer. Also, during the month of May, we will honor the Blessed Mother with flowers. Below is a schedule for classes to bring flowers to be placed at the statue of Mary, near the Family Life Center.

Throughout the remaining days of May, any students may bring flowers to place before the Blessed Mother. Pre-K students are invited to bring flowers on any days when they are present for Morning Prayer, including May 18.

Please plan to attend the May Procession on May 12th at 9:00 a.m. This is a very beautiful liturgy, and it is such an important part of our Catholic identity. Most of us who attended Catholic school have special memories of participating in the May Procession. It is a memorable day and touching grace-filled event, and it will be live-streamed. Babysitting is available during the Mass; please call the office to make a reservation, (407-644-7537).

Thank you for helping your children grow in their faith and in their Catholic identity. We are blessed to be able to celebrate our Catholic faith in school.

God bless you,
Mrs. Katie Walsh
