How to Apply

Our online application is active in late January, with a due date in early February.  We will schedule a Kindergarten Screening appointment for our Kindergarten applicants.  We will offer an Admissions Readiness test for our applicants for Grades First through Eighth. 

Applications are currently closed for the 2026-2027 school year.

HOW TO APPLY:

  • Click the link “APPLY HERE” at the top of this page, then follow the steps below. If applications are closed, that link is not available.
  • Follow the steps to Create an Account and start your student’s application.
  • All required documents will be uploaded within the application.
  • Application fee of $100 is paid online upon applying.
  • All applicants will be directed to sign up for an assessment appointment.
  • New student applications are due in early February each year.

Required Documents to be included in the ONLINE APPLICATION:

  • Student Photo – please use a headshot
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptism Certificate
  • State of Florida Physical Form DH3040
  • State of Florida Immunization Form DH680
  • Family Photo
  • Academic Records for previous school years, as applicable
    • Report Cards
    • Standardized Testing
  • Applicants will provide email addresses of current teachers for online referral documents
  • Families will have the opportunity to write a note to our pastor and principal, introducing their family and parish involvement, and interest in our school.
