This weekend we celebrate the Sixteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time. In the gospel below, we read parables that Jesus used to teach about the kingdom of heaven. While the “enemy” may try to destroy the kingdom, in the end, God prevails, and the “righteous will shine like the sun.”
